Breakfast featuring yogurt and fruit cups was a delightful start to the day. The friendly staff and clean room made for a pleasant overnight stay.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with dirty floors, hair under the toilet seat, and unidentifiable debris on the bathroom floor. Additionally, the room I stayed in had noticeable signs of wear, including poorly repaired areas and cigarette burn holes on the bedspread, despite being reserved as a non-smoking room. The remote for the TV malfunctioned after being replaced with a new one that didn’t work properly.

The rooms could greatly benefit from better soundproofing!!! The alarming state of cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, urgently needs attention!!! Also, consider upgrading the setup with annoying awkward steps to the entrance!!!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

I recently stayed for two nights in a King Room Smoking, and while the convenience of access to both front and back doors was appreciated, the cleanliness could have been better. There were some issues with the room, like dirty floors and the floor having holes, which definitely impacted my experience. On a positive note, the staff at the check-in were kind and accommodating, which helped ease some of the discomfort.

It was just a strong match for a brief retreat in Laurel with very good value for money. The staff promptly helped with my request for extra towels, which made the stay more comfortable. Avoid the ground floor if noise is a concern.

I had a great experience at Super 8 By Wyndham Laurel! The breakfast was just what I needed, featuring yogurt, fruit cups, and danish. The access to both the front and back was super convenient. Plus, my King Room, Non-Smoking had a mini-refrigerator and microwave, which made my stay comfortable.

The TV signal was lost during a storm.

Awesome place with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry services. The staff were kind and helped my elderly parents during our first visit. I'm excited to return for Easter!
